1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between MCW Cleaning Services (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the client (“you”, “your”).

By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.


2. Services

We provide domestic and/or commercial cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking.

  • Services will be carried out according to the details confirmed (type of clean, frequency, duration).

  • Any additional tasks not agreed in advance may be charged separately.


3. Bookings & Access

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.

  • Ensure electricity and water are available where required.

  • Inform us of any hazards, fragile items, or special care requirements before the clean begins.

If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment may be charged in full.


4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are agreed before work begins.

  • Prices may vary depending on the condition of the property.

  • Payment is due as agreed (e.g. on the day, weekly, or monthly).

  • Late payments may result in services being paused or cancelled.

We reserve the right to suspend services where outstanding balances remain unpaid.


5. Cancellations & Changes

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


6. Cleaning Products & Equipment

We use professional cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed.

If you request that we use your own products or equipment:

  • We are not responsible for their effectiveness.

  • We are not liable for any damage caused by products supplied by you.


7. Health & Safety

We follow appropriate health and safety procedures while working at your property.

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by faulty equipment at the property.

  • Damage arising from unsafe or unsuitable working conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if the environment poses a health or safety risk.


8. Damage & Breakages

We take great care when providing our services.

  • Any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

  • Our liability is limited to repair or replacement where appropriate.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.


9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion.

We will aim to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.


10. Insurance

MCW Cleaning Services is fully insured for public liability.

Insurance details are available upon request.


11. Privacy

Any personal information you provide is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

12. Termination

Either party may end the service agreement with reasonable notice.

Any outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.


13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The latest version published on our website will apply to new bookings.
